 Backgrund.
Akademin för Natur- & Friluftsliv started in 1990 and is a part
of Klatre-Centeret, Danmarks and Sveriges largest and oldest professionenal school
for natural outdoor life, climbing, and mountaineering.
Our instructors and guides are professionell, meaning, that climbing,
mountaineering and natural outdoor life is both our main interest
and our profession.
For both safety reasons and to ascertain the best conditions for
learning,
we work with a very favorable relation between the number of
participants and outdoor instructors/guides.
On our courses, educations and trainings, you will find
an open, informal, yet professional environment and some very
dedicated and skilled outdoor instructors/guides.
Insurance.
Since we started, we have never had serious accidents on any of
our tranings, courses or educations.
Yet something could always happen and as standard insurances usually
do not cover "risk" activities such as ie. climbing and mountaineering,
we have made an agreement, that ensures coverage during our trainings
on these topics, allowing compensation for up to DKK. 640.000,
- (apprximately SEK. 970.000,-) in the event of an accident and
DKK. 160.000,- (approximately SEK. 240.000,-) in case of death.

TERMS FOR AND AGREEMENT ABOUT...; BOOKING, AGREEMENT, PAYMENT AND CANCELLING ETC. OF TRAININGS,
COURSES AND EDUCATIONS.
Booking and making agreement for a course, training or education.
If you wish to book and make an agreement about a certain course
or training etc., you should contact us to let us know the:
- name,
- full street address,
- telephone number,
- email,
of each particpant
and
- which course or training, you wish to participate in, and
- when.
Even though you are of course welcome to call us, booking is best
done - by email.
Confirmation on booking and agreement:
If the vacancy is still there, we will usually confirm the agreement
and your booking, including an invoice, by email within 24 hours.
If you have not received the agreement and confirmation within
this time, please check your scrap- and spam-boxes in your email.
If it is not there either, please contact us by phone.
The agreement is valid from, when you wrote us to make the agreement,
and we confirmed the agreement in writing, including invoice by
ie. email.
The agreement is between you, the participant, and Akademin för Natur- & Friluftsliv and is based on danish jurisdiction.
According to ao. Bruxelles-1-convention, art.2, possible disagreements
are regulated by danish law and exclusively though the danish
court system.
Payment.
To ensure, that a high level of safety and learning can be upheld
on our courses, trainings and educations, we have very few participants
per instructor.
This also means, that vacancies are rapidly taken, and that we
are unable to reserve place on any booked training for more than
7 days from receiving the temporary confirmation/invoice without full
payment.
Information about the training, course or education:
When you are booked for at training and approximately 4 weeks
before the training, we will send you an email with all practical
information, incl. informatino about meeting place and -time,
equipment and suggestions for accomodation etc.
All information is sent to the email-address, that you used and
supplied to us, when you booked and made the agreement.
OBS: It is therefore important, that you make sure, that your
email accepts emails from: post@naturakademi.com.
Cancellation.
When you book, you book and pay for a place on one or more given
trainings, courses or educations.
If you wish to cancel your booking/training, you will therefore
usually not be refunded.
However, if you become ill, we can try to help by moving your
participation to another training, if there is room.
Also you can pass your place on the training to someone else,
if we get information about this person before the training.
If we for some reason might cancel the training, you will of course
be refunded in full.
By cancellation due to Force Majeure, extremely bad/dangerous
weather or other events, which we can not control, we offer a
replacement training.
General information:
Because our trainings are usually focusing on outdoorlife and
physical activity, it is important, that you are healthy and in
reasonable physical condition.
If you have health issues or diseases, that might affect your
training, like ie. diabetes, epilepsia or heartdisease, it is
important, that you inform us about this before the training.
Participating in our professional trainings, courses or educations,
is done on your own risk and responsibility.
